Offer intelligence for the natural stone industry
Stonen finds forgotten material, explains who to offer it to and takes the offer to the right buyer — in their own language.
Works with the data you already keep in your ERP or spreadsheets.
Find and recommend
It connects idle inventory with purchase history and each buyer's behavior to turn forgotten material into an explained approach.

The buyer's offer
Each buyer gets their own link, in their own language: the bundles set aside for them, with photos, measurements and prices. They tick what they want — and accepting already reserves the material.
StonenChat
The offer reaches the buyer's WhatsApp or email with context, translation and the link ready to open.

Owner, message, reply and outcome stay in one history — visible to both seller and manager.
The manager's Today view
Who approached, what was sent, what the buyer answered and what comes next — seller by seller, without asking anyone for a report.

The manager sees the same history the seller sees. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing depends on someone remembering to report.
The cycle continues
What the buyer picked, accepted or declined — and the reason behind every seller rejection — goes back to the engine, retrained every month. Commercial intelligence becomes company knowledge, not one seller's memory.

Since October Stonen has a new face: sellers land on My work, managers on the team routine. Lists with ready-made views, search across everything and every record with its own history.
The card shows what the buyer has already bought, the typical order and the price range they pay. The seller accepts, snoozes or rejects with a reason — and the reason goes back to the engine.
Filter by thickness, grade and days idle, drop bundles into the basket, price each one and send to several buyers at once. Each buyer gets their own link.
Inspection scheduled, inspection done, purchase confirmed, booking and write-off. If the buyer takes only part, the sale is partial: what was sold leaves inventory and the rest stays reserved.
Who has something to decide, what is idle, buyers waiting, reservations expiring, the funnel with a monthly forecast and inventory age — seller by seller.
Material, bundles, area, blocks and days idle, net of what is sold or reserved. Metric or imperial. Packing lists come in as spreadsheet, PDF and photos, with a preview before saving.
Real Stonen screens, with fictitious data.

You do not start from zero
Stonen reads what you already maintain — blocks, bundles, slabs, customers and purchase history — and adds commercial intelligence, priced offers and connected execution. No retyping, no ERP replacement.
Where the data comes from
How your inventory gets in
ERP, spreadsheet or API. Nothing moves, and nobody re-enters the yard by hand.
Every load reports what came in, what changed and what failed — instead of vanishing silently.
Block, bundle, slab, m², location and days idle, ready to become an offer.
That is why the Yard Scan arrives in days, not after months of rollout.

The first delivery shows what is idle, which buyers have compatible signals and how to get your team moving.
Stonen promises to organize, prioritize, explain and track. It does not promise more sales before the pilot measures it.
